Angie trained in fitness back in 1972 in the USA, where she became a personal trainer to many of the Beverley Hills stars.
Her clients included Priscilla Presley, Cher, Sharon Stone, Britt Ekland and Daryl Hannah to name a few. Over the years her expert training has shown the proof of her ability in her high profile clients.

Angie moved back to the UK to support her son Calum (himself an actor and model). Since returning she has opened her own gym and is still researching all the latest information to give her clients the best body possible, both health and fitness-wise; the Metaphysical gym is based in Henley-on-Thames.
Angie is the author of the a number of books for women 40 plus, with tips and tricks on how to feel and look young and fit in your “Best” years.
She enjoys any new challenges with great excitement; testimony to her “can do” attitude to life.
Angie’s success is compounded by modelling a major swimwear range at the age of 64, proving that you can be your “Best” at any age!
In 2017, Angie was a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother.
