Testimonials

Thank you so much for this morning's session - I found it truly inspirational and engaging (for want of a better word!).

- Senior Associate, DLA Piper

Over the last 30 months Beverly has regularly delivered a half-day session on 'Engaging Leadership' to senior police leaders on the Senior Leadership Programme Business Skills Module that I run. Beverly's session has consistently received high praise from delegates who cite, amongst other things; its relevance to today's leadership challenges, its practicality and simplicity as well as the manner in which the session is delivered.

Beverly has a wonderful way about her of making academic theory and research come to life so that the practical implications can be easily grasped. There is no pun intended when I say that she is a highly engaging speaker and provides a live demonstration of the Engaging Leadership model. To be more specific, Beverly presents the research and the model

- Jon Speed, Director - Senior Leadership Programme, National Police College

At the SPDS conference Beverley was a fast-paced high energy speaker. Challenging, relevant and witty. She went down a treat.

- Sharon Beattie - President, Society of Personnel and Development Scotland
