Rayner

Jay is probably best known as the writer and presenter of Dispatches; The Truth About Food Prices which received an audience of over 2 million viewers.

Some of his other food-focused investigations include Dispatches; True Cost of Cheap Food and Food: What goes in your Basket? (both for Channel 4, 2009) He is also a familiar face on the BBC’s The One Show where he regularly appears on their 'Foody Friday' segment.

As a food critic, Jay has judged on Masterchef, The Great British Waste Menu and Top Chef Masters in the USA.

He is also a regular contributor to the Guardian and the Observer and has articles published in Granta,  Esquire,  GQ, and Cosmopolitan as well as Gourmet and Saveur in America.
