TV presenter Alex Beresford is one of the most familiar faces on ITV Weather and the nations most talked about breakfast programme Good Morning Britain

Bristol-born Alex started as an autocue operative for Bristol-based ITV West Country in 2004 before retraining as a weatherman.  By 2007 he was working on national television, and in March 2012 made his debut appearance on ITV’s Breakfast show, Daybreak.

Alex has also reported for ITV's long-standing current affairs programme Tonight and hosted Channel 4's popular returning series World's Weirdest Weather and Britain's Most Extreme Weather.
