Jonathan Trace

Jonathan is a skilled and experienced presenter, conference facilitator and awards host. As the son of Blue Peter’s first ever presenter Christopher it could be said it is in his genes.  However, he came to on-screen presenting late in his career having spent 25 years behind the camera producing and directing award winning corporate videos and films including the world famous Video Arts.  As conference host and awards presenter Jonathan has performed for DHL, British Association of Industrial Editors, British Association of Communicators in Business, Institute of Internal Communication, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the Kaleidoscope Plus Group.  On-screen Jonathan has appeared in corporate videos for Route One Publishing, Construction TV, Intertraffic, Bauma, Intermat, Trustech and Cartes Secure Connexions. Whether on-screen or on-stage Jonathan has a relaxed, confident and unflappable manner; he can tease the most powerful and convincing of interviews out of the most nervous and reluctant of interviewees.  He has worked all over the world including the US, France, Germany, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Dubai, Argentina and Brazil.

When the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) requires a professional and personable presenter to host its annual Central Region Awards, we can rely on Jonathan to deliver a first class, well prepared and polished performance, every time. It is not an easy task to hold the attention of a room full of communicators, but Jonathan always keeps us interested, with his pacey deliver and content that is spot on. Highly recommended.

Lesley Allman – Allman Communications, Former Central Region Director of IoIC

Jonathan has always supported us with our events, whether they be a charity fundraiser or a launch of a new service/initiative. He takes the time to fully understand what our aims are and puts guests at ease with a friendly and professional approach to his presenting. As a charity which works to eradicate the stigma of mental ill health and suicide, Jonathan has often needed to communicate sensitive and emotive information which he does so with passion and understanding so that the audience do not feel uncomfortable or disturbed by the content. Jonathan also brings humour and a light heartedness to presenting our events and comes highly recommended!
